Meet the Founders — Pav & Arsh Sekhon

Building Trust Clean From the Ground Up, With Heart and Purpose

In 2016, I, Pav Sekhon, founded Trust Clean out of a small apartment in Downtown Vancouver, with a mop, a vacuum, and a big vision: to create a cleaning company that people could truly trust — not just because of spotless results, but because of the integrity, consistency, and heart behind every clean.

What started as a side hustle quickly became a calling. I saw firsthand how overlooked the cleaning industry was — both in how clients were treated, and how cleaners were undervalued. That’s when my wife, Arsh Sekhon, joined me — bringing her incredible attention to detail and care for others into the business.

Today, Arsh leads our Quality Assurance, ensuring every home and every office we clean reflects our highest standards. She works closely with our cleaners and clients to make sure no corner is cut, no detail missed, and no job feels rushed. Her passion ensures every space we touch feels cared for — not just cleaned.
