About the Position:

As a Cleaner with Trust Clean, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services for residential homes, Airbnb properties, and move-in/move-out cleanings.

You will need to travel to job locations using either your own vehicle or public transportation. In this role, maintaining a high level of cleanliness, following detailed checklists, and ensuring customer satisfaction are essential. This position requires a strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, as well as a commitment to creating pristine and inviting spaces.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
Strong customer focus with a professional attitude.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Fluent in English (effective communication is key to success in this role).
Must own a smartphone with a good quality camera for daily documentation of cleanings.
Must have a data plan for the smartphone.
A cheerful and positive attitude towards staff, management, and clients.
A valid work permit (please note, this is not a cash job; we adhere to all government rules and regulations).
Strong reliability and commitment to consistent, dependable performance.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Strong problem-solving skills to tackle any challenges that arise.
