About the Position

As a Cleaner at Trust Clean, you’ll be the front line of our commitment to excellence. You’ll provide professional cleaning services for:

Residential homes
Airbnb properties (Vancouver only)
Move-in / Move-out cleanings

Our clients count on us for quality, reliability, and consistency—and we count on our team to deliver just that. You’ll work independently or in small teams, using checklists and standards that reflect the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities

Follow detailed checklists for each service type
Deliver spotless, consistent results on every job
Communicate professionally with clients when necessary
Take clear before-and-after photos of every clean
Travel between job sites (using your own vehicle or transit)

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking friendly, motivated, and dependable individuals who take pride in their work and understand the impact of a clean home. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
Comfortable working alone and in small teams
Fluent in English (strong communication is essential)
Clear criminal background check
A working smartphone with:
- A high-quality camera
- Active data plan
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
A positive, team-first attitude
Valid work permit (This is a legally registered job; no cash payments)
Reliable and punctual; clients and team members are counting on you!
