Use of our services signifies your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Trust Clean reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates ongoing acceptance of any changes.
The safety of our cleaners and clients is a top priority. Therefore, we enforce the following guidelines:
Cleaners will not lift items over 35 lbs, move heavy furniture or appliances, or use ladders higher than a 4-step stool.
We will not clean in areas that present health or safety hazards, including:
Bodily fluids or hazardous waste
Needles, syringes, or sharp medical waste
Aggressive pets or unsafe individuals
Open drug paraphernalia, unsecured firearms
Important: We do not provide mold remediation or mold removal of any kind. If visible mold is detected, our team will notify you and may pause or cancel the service for safety reasons. Full service charges will still apply.
If we encounter a pest or insect infestation (e.g., roaches, bed bugs, ants), services will be immediately suspended to protect our team.
The client is still responsible for the full cost of the booked service.
We recommend addressing infestations prior to any cleaning service.
We bring all our own high-quality equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. If you prefer to supply your own, please inform us in advance.
We are not liable for damage or subpar results from client-supplied tools or products.
You assume all responsibility when requesting the use of your materials.
To ensure smooth service, we recommend providing secure access via key, door code, or smart lock.
Keys provided are securely stored with no personal identifiers.
If our team is locked out and cannot access your home within the One-Hour Arrival Window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Our Customer Care Team will attempt to contact you before departing.
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of your home as described during booking. Prices are fixed-rate, not hourly.
If the property condition is significantly worse than disclosed, additional charges may apply, or we may refuse the service.
Estimated durations are for reference only and not guaranteed.
If your home has an alarm system, please disable it before your cleaning or provide the necessary access codes.
We are not liable for false alarms or system errors.
We do our best to accommodate preferred time slots and cleaning teams but cannot guarantee the same cleaners for each visit.
If cleaning takes longer than expected due to condition or size, we will notify you before proceeding with extra time and charges.
Please secure pets prior to service. Our cleaners cannot be responsible for escaped pets or safety issues caused by them.
Aggressive or loose pets may result in our team leaving the premises, and the full service fee will still apply.
Please store fragile or high-value items before our arrival.
We are not liable for damage to unsecured or pre-existing fragile items.
Report any concerns within 24 hours of service for review.
We are committed to delivering excellent service, but we are not responsible for:
Mold remediation or hazardous material cleanup
Damage due to faulty surfaces, loose fixtures, or pre-existing wear
Unsecured items, artwork, shelves, or electronics
Unsealed surfaces (e.g., marble, stone, or raw wood)
Freshly painted surfaces, un-cured caulking, or new flooring
Compensation Limits:
Lost key replacement is capped at $100.
Total liability for damages is limited to 10x the cost of the service on the day of occurrence.
We require a reasonably tidy space to perform cleaning services.Choose a few preferred dates and times.
Excessive clutter may reduce cleaning quality and could lead to additional fees.
To maintain efficient operations, we follow this cancellation policy:
More than 2 business days’ notice: No charge
Between 1–2 business days: No charge
Less than 1 business day’s notice or lockout: 50% Service Charge
Please notify us early to avoid fees.
We may take before-and-after photos of the space for documentation and liability protection.
Photos will never include personal or identifying items.
If you opt out of photo documentation, you waive the right to dispute damages post-service.
Due to the nature of our services:
No refunds will be issued for services halted due to safety concerns or pest discovery (e.g., roaches, bedbugs).
If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
